"Forgotten Ingredients saved" The outcome of this cake was not planned like this. I forgot ingredients while it was already in the oven. But in the end, it turned out even better! Let me know what you think of it and enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
- Soak unpitted dates in warm milk. - Put oil, eggs, bananas, vanilla extract in blender and blend till totally smooth.
- put baking powder, baking soda, oat flower (blended oats), gingerbread mix or cinnamon, salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- preheat oven at 180°C.
- stir in the egg mixture. Add the carrot, blueberries, soaked raisins (wíth the lemon juice) and seeds and mix through. - put olive oil in a 2 square oven dishes and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- pour batter in equal parts in oven dishes and bake for approx. 60min.
(devided over 2 baking dishes bc then it stays a think layer)
- blend the date-milk mixture till totally smooth.
- when cake is golden brow and crunchy on the edges, take it out of the oven.
- poke holes in the cake with a chopstick and pour the date batter in and over.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
