Sesame Asian Quinoa Bowl
Fresh ingredients with crisp raw veggies served over bead of quinoa and citrus sweet dressing. There is a homemade dressing included here, or you could choose your own favorite dressing. Enjoy!

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken at least 30 min prior to cooking. Cook quinoa. Grill chicken while quinoa cooks.
Step 2
Homemade Asian Dressing Recipe:
1/4 c soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil,
1/4 c red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, 1/4 c olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp honey, and squeeze juice from 1 lime and 1 Orange
Step 3
Chop veggies to preference. You could toss veggies and peanuts together with a drizzle of the dressing and sesame seeds to coat evenly. Or, you could serve as a build-your-own bar where your guests could choose veggies of their liking.
Step 4
Assemble with bed of quinoa on bottom of bowl and then layer veggies and chicken. Garnish with cilantro and dressing. Serve.
