Instructions

Step 1
Boil the mince with some water and salt until cooked. Drain well and keep aside. In a bowl, combine the cooked mince with boiled, mashed potatoes. Add garlic powder, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of turmeric. Add a little salt (adjust to taste) and mix everything well until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into cutlets or patties. Shallow fry the cutlets in a pan with a little oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
