Instructions

Step 1
1. In a tajine or cooking pot Put onions, garlic, herbs, spices saffron and oil and mix well.
Step 2
2. Add 1/2 cup of water and start then adding the vegetables. You should start by those requiring a longer cooking time and add the rest while cooking. Cover the tajine. Every now and then remove the cover and distribute the sauce above the vegetables. Add water whenever you see the tajine is getting dry
Step 3
3. Wash the olives and distribute them on the tajine a few minutes before ready. Decorate with lemon slices.
