French Croziflette

The french croziflette is a cheesy and comforting french meal for winter, fair warning, it uses Reblochon :D

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C

Step 2

Cook the crozets in boiling water

Step 3

Cook the onions and the lardons in a pan with some olive oil till golden

Step 4

Add the cooked crozet, the cream, the lardons and cubes of reblochon in a oven safe dish

Step 5

Mix everything together

Step 6

Add half a reblochon on top and cook everything in the oven for 45 mins
