Instructions
Step 1
-heat oven to 350
Step 2
-Start by boiling the noodles according to the box and while that's boiling shred the cheese
Step 3
-Mix cheese together and place into two separate bowls
Step 4
-on medium heat add butter to a pan and melt down, then add half of the seasoning and cook for 30 seconds
Step 5
-add flour and stir for 2-3 minutes
Step 6
-add evaporated milk and slowly incorporate until thick and add Dijon mustard
Step 7
-Once it's thick, slowly mix in 2 cups of half & half cream and add the rest of the seasoning, including the Wiri Wiri pepper
Step 8
-turn heat to low and slowly add one bowl of cheese letting it melt before adding more
Step 9
-stir in the noodles until combined
Step 10
-in a baking dish layer the noodles and the cheese
Step 11
-bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes and broil for 3 or until golden brown on top
