Puy lentils
Red pepper dressing
red pepper jarred
2 tablespoonsgreek yogurt

Extras to sprinkle
Instructions
Step 1
Roast the vegetables and boil the Puy lentils.
Step 2
When cooked, mix the puy lentils with the roasted vegetables.
Step 3
Sprinkle with feta, parsley and Aleppo chilli.
Step 4
Serve with red pepper sauce on the side.
