Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F (or broiler for quicker charring). Toss bok choy with oil, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and paprika on a sheet pan. Arrange cut-side up.[weelicious]

Roast 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges blacken and crisp while stems stay tender-crisp. For more char, broil 2 minutes at end.[weelicious]
