Instructions
Step 1
Whisk buttermilk, veg cube, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch and salt over medium heat til it thickens to a sauce. Take off heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil pasta to pack instructions. Lightly fry salami in thin cut slices til the oil just starts to release. Remove from heat.
Step 3
When pasta is ready, add a small quantity of the pasta water to the sauce then drain pasta. Add salami and parmesan until sauce and mix to melt cheese. Mix into pasta and serve.
