Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring to medium heat.
Step 2
Cook for 8 - 10 minutes until thickend and pulls away fron the edges.
Step 3
Place in a bowl and into the fridge and allow to cool down.
Step 4
Once cooled, roll into small bite-sized balls with oiled hands.
Step 5
It can be either rolled in dessicated coconut or dipped in caramel.
Step 6
To prepare caramel: add sugar, water and vinegar into pot into pot over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until caramel in colour.
