Instructions
Step 1
Blend half the peas with the garlic, nutritional yeast and water
Step 2
Add the other half of the peas, finely chopped herbs, flour, some salt and pepper then mix until combined
Step 3
Shape into small patties and fry on each side over a medium heat until browned/crispy. Serve with a sauce/dip
