Aunt Alisha Waldroup always uses the Mexene Chili Seasoning recipe plus a can of chili-ready tomatos for her beef chili. Easy family favorite.
Pair with Frito chips and top with shredded cheese, sour cream and thinly sliced jalapeño for a kick.

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef, onion, garlic and salt over medium high heat.
Step 2
Reduce the heat and drain the excess fat.
Step 3
Stir in the dry ingredients to coat the meat evenly (Chilie powder, flour, cumin, sugar).
Step 4
Stir in the wet ingredients (tomato sauce, chili ready tomatoes, water).
Step 5
Increase the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
