Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet or wok Heat Avocado Oil over medium heat
Step 2
Sear Scallops on both sides. About 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
Sear the Shrimp on both sides. About 1 minute per side. Remove from heat place aside.
Step 4
Add Ginger and Garlic to the skillet until aromatic.
Step 5
Add Onions and saute for 1 minute. Add in remaining vegetables for 2 minutes more. Then add Oyster Sauce and sugar to coat vegetables.
Step 6
Stir in Curry Powder and White Pepper coating the vegetables well.
Step 7
Add Water, Shrimp, and Scallops, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
