First chop red carrot second take a wok turn on stove add boiled milk put grated carrot once it is boiled put carrot and boiled milk cook it until the milk evaporates next add sugar and mix it until it gets dryed add condensed milk to taste and saute till it evaporates add dry fruits to garnish add ghee
