Instructions
Step 1
Clean, prep and dice/mince vegetables and spices -set aside While prepping broth mixture
Step 2
In separate pot boil 3 chicken breasts
Step 3
Add olive oil to a large pan- add minced ginger and garlic Sauté 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant and golden.
Step 4
Add ground mustard, cumin, coriander, and turmeric power- sauté 1-2 more minutes
Step 5
Add water, chicken stock, salt and the half of lemon
Step 6
Add 5 clean and peeled large carrots and 5 diced celery sticks. Boil until carrots are pierce-able but still slightly firm
Step 7
Transfer to large pot and add pasta- bring to medium boil
Step 8
Once pasta is Al dente, add 1 can of coconut milk and stir until well mixed
Step 9
Shred chicken and add to broth/vegetable mixture
Step 10
Soup is ready to devour!
