Instructions

Step 1
Cook onion until translucent and then add the beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the garlic Italian seasoning and dash of red pepper flakes. Pour in the orzo and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the can of tomato sauce, the beef broth, heavy cream, or Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Once boiling, lower the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Once the orzo is nice and thick, add in a half cup of fresh Parmesan, and one to 2 cups of spinach. Stir until spinach is wilted and Parmesan is mixed in well.
