Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed. Serve immediately.
Step 2
Without coffee: Use extra milk or water for a classic chocolate banana flavor. Thicker smoothie: Use a frozen banana or add a few ice cubes. Mocha version: Coffee + cacao gives a rich mocha taste. More filling: Let it sit 5 minutes so the chia seeds thicken it naturally.
