Instructions

Step 1
Add water and noodles to pot. Pressure cook on high for 1 minute (not for fresh pasta- just sauté). Allow for 5 minutes of natural release then vent.
Step 2
Strain and remove pasta. Set instant pot to saute low. Add butter (flour optional- mix). Add WARMED milk to pot slowly, stirring
Step 3
Add spices and cheese. When melted and mixed, add pasta back in
