Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta for about 10 minutes
Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a jug/bowl

Step 3
Add a small amount of olive oil to a pan and warm to medium heat
Step 4
Once warm, add grated garlic clove to the pan and cook for 30s

Pour in the tomato sauce and cook until it starts to bubble

Pour in the double cream, stirring constantly until the tomato sauce and cream are fully incorporated

Add the Parmesan cheese and keep stirring until everything is combined

Once the pasta has finished, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the pasta
Step 9
Throw the pasta in the sauce until fully coated, adding a bit of the pasta water if the sauce has become too thick
Step 10
Serve right away
