Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
2. Arrange the cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between them, and set the icing packages aside for later.
Step 3
3. Pour the heavy cream over and around the cinnamon rolls so it covers the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle the top of each cinnamon roll with a heaping teaspoon of brown sugar and then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over everything.
Step 5
5. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
6. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the rolls are lightly browned and cooked through.
Step 7
7. In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved icing, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Step 8
8. Spread the icing mixture over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
