Instructions

Step 1
Brown the minced meat
Step 2
Brown the Italian sausage
Step 3
Chop the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and parsley.
Step 4
Lightly cook the chopped veggies
Step 5
Add minced meat and veggies to large crock pot.
Step 6
Add tomato juice, can of diced tomatoes, can of tomato sauce, and seasonings to crock pot and stir everything together.
Step 7
Cook in crock pot for 4 hours on high, or 8 hours on low.
