Instructions
Step 1
Mix the rice flour and water together until it forms a thick ball.
Step 2
Roll the dough into small balls or just one big ball.
Step 3
Cut the ball(s) in half and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with jam of your choice.
Step 4
Close the ball(s) and seal it with water.
Step 5
Let the ball(s) sit for 10 minutes and then put them into boiling water.
Step 6
After about 5 minutes, turn onto medium heat.
