Step 1
Boil quinoa and chicken for 30 minutes

Boil cabbage briefly
Step 3
Pan toast the chicken to add some crisp, add salt and pepper if needed
Step 4
Serve the quinoa mixed with cheese, cabbage, carrots, corn, slices of toasted chicken, and top with vinaigrette
