Step 1
Preheat oven to 375

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, cheeses, milk, seasonings, garlic and egg
Step 3
Put in loaf pan, cook for 40 mins
Step 4
Remove and add garlic butter and extra mozzarella cheese on top
Step 5
Cook for another 10 mins
Step 6
Remove and let sit for 10 mins to reabsorb juices
