Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150C. Line a cupcake tin with muffin liners.
Step 2
To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, bicarb soda, salt and sugar and whisk to combine.
Step 3
To a medium sized mixing bowl, add three quarters of your chocolate chips and a tablespoon of the dry ingredients and mix to coat, then add them back into your dry ingredients.
Step 4
To the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the melted butter, Greek yogurt, and milk, and whisk to combine.
Step 5
Divide the batter between the muffin liners, filling each no more than ¾ full, top with remaining choc chips. Bake 16 to 22 minutes.

Plate your muffins and share your experience with the class.
