Instructions
Step 1
Roast onion, garlic and tomatoes until a little charred. Add to blender with 2 cups water and a sprinkle of salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Heat oil in pan and fry tortilla straps. Remove to papertowel lined plate when finished.
Step 3
Add sauce to pan with the leftover oil. Heat to a boil.
Step 4
Lower heat to simmer.
Add knorr pollo and epazote and mix.
Step 5
Add salt and garlic salt to taste.
Step 6
Add in tortilla strips and mix in. Serve with eggs and sprinkle of cojita
