Savory Beef & Cabbage "Stir-Fry" Using a bag of coleslaw mix makes this a "one-pan" wonder. • Step 1: Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat. • Step 2: Add 2 cloves minced garlic and the remaining half of your diced onion. • Step 3: Pour in 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrots) and 2 tbsp soy sauce. • Step 4: Sauté for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is wilted but crisp. Finish with a squeeze of lime or red pepper flakes.

Instructions
