Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion and garlic in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add water and bring to boil.
Step 3
Rinse lentils and add to the boiling water, together with broth, then reduce to simmer
Step 4
Rinse the spinach leaves
Step 5
Add lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice
Step 6
Add spinach leaves to the broth
