Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Crumble beef into pea-size pieces. Drain fat. In a large pot (I use a crock pot), combine beef and all remaining ingredients. Don't drain the beans - include the liquid from the cans into the chili. simmer all ingredients over low heat. Cook 2-3 hours, stirring here and there. Serve topped with shredded cheese, fritos or elbow macaroni.
