Instructions

Step 1
Thaw ginger in microwave, if frozen. Mix ginger, broth, soy sauce and garlic powder. Reserve 1/4 cup.
Step 2
In a small pot, heat broth mixture and frozen vegetables over medium heat. Meanwhile, heat a pan on medium high to high.
Step 3
Add olive oil and seat steak slices on all sides. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Bring sauce to a boil. Meanwhile mix together reserved broth mixture and corn starch. (Shaking in a small jar works very well.) Reduce heat and whisk in corn starch mixture. Heat until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Serve steak over rice, spooning over sauce and pepper mixture as desired. You can add green onions for garnish.
