Step 1: Roast
Heat oven broiler to high (or use a dry skillet).
Place tomatillos, onion, jalapeño, and garlic on a sheet pan.
Broil 5–8 minutes, turning once, until blistered and slightly charred.
Let cool slightly. Peel garlic.

Add to blender:
Roasted veggies
Avocados
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt
Blend until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it’s creamy and pourable.
