Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add Ground beef and cook it until it is well browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic, dived onion, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt and pepper to the pot. Stir everything together and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir frequently to avoid burning garlic.
Step 3
Pour crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, water and tomato paste into the pot. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add to the pot as well. Stir well to combine. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce to low, cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Step 4
After noodles have softened, add in cream and continue cooking on low about another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place a slice of mozarella cheese in the bottom of a bowl. Ladle soup over the cheese. Top with a dollop oh ricotta and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
