Step 1
On a sheet pan mix sausage, gnocchi, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, salt & a few twists of black pepper. Drizzle with the oil, toss to combine, and spread into 1 even layers

Step 2
Bake for 12 minutes. Using a spatula, lift and turn all ingredients to evenly cook. Return to thr oven and cook until sausages are golden brown, the gnocchi are plump and slightly golden and the peppers are tender, ~15 minutes.

To serve, evenly divide the spinach among 4 individual serving plates, tope with gnocchi/sausage mixture and sprinkle with parmesan. Optional: garnish with chopped fresh parsley or basil leaves.
