Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta per package instructions. Once drained add frozen peas to help cool.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking, put remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl except for salad dressing.

Once pasta has cooled add add the additional ingredients
Step 4
Pour majority of the olive oil off of the Newman's own balsamic vinegar dressing before you shake it. I find it too oily if you leave it. I like to add additional balsamic vinegar to the bottle about a 1/4 cup for a little more tang. If not keep a little more of the olive oil.
Step 5
Poor dressing over the pasta and vegetables, then mix. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Best the next day as the mushrooms become marinated with the dressing.
