1 lbvelveeta
8 ozMonterey jack
8 ozcheddar
Pretzel slider roll
1 cuplager beer
2 tblspbutter
1 tspflavorless oil
2 tspgarlic butter rub
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cheeses, beer and garlic butter rub in pan and slowly heat until melted and smooth
Step 2
Cut an onion into small rings and sauté in skillet with butter and oil
Step 3
Uncase Brats and cut each uncooked Brat in half and form each half into slider patties
Step 4
Griddle or grill each patty until center is 160 degrees and lightly toast buns
Step 5
Assemble sliders with bun, patty and onion and have beer cheese as a side for dipping
