Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat and chuck into boiling water (omit this step if using buckwheat in a bag). Boil for 10-12 mins on medium-low.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and sautee in olive oil. Add the chopped mushrooms.
Step 3
Once the mushrooms have browned, add the spinach. The more the better. Lastly, add the cream.
Step 4
Warm up the beans. I don't care how. Microwave / hob / under your armpit.
Step 5
Add the sardines straight out of the tin. Yes, they will be cold. But no, they won't ruin the dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle some parmesan and enjoy your healthy diet.
