Instructions
Step 1
Spray 9x11 casserole dish with oil spray.
Step 2
Mix soup and milk together, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stir in frozen tatortots and coat well.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 45min.
Step 5
Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in the oven for 5 minutes
Step 6
TO FREEZE: Complete all steps before baking, then put it in the freezer.
