Ingredients

2 lbsBeef Round Steak
½ cupwater
or low-sodium beef broth
1 packetonion soup mix
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
2onions
2Bell peppers
or 8-12 mini peppers
8Slices Provolone cheese
or your favorite cheese such as shredded Italian blend cheese, American
1 tablespooncorn starch
1 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice beef into about ½ inch strips and place in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together water, onion soup mix, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce and add to the slow cooker. Then slice onion and peppers and place in slow cooker. Cook on high for about 4 hours or until steak is tender. Serve on toasted bun and top with cheese.
