Instructions
Step 1
Sautée onion and carrot on medium/low heat in deep pan until translucent.
Step 2
Add ground beef, add chili powder, garlic powder, and umami powder. Turn heat up to medium.
Step 3
As beef starts to brown add the roasted garlic and celery. Cook until beef looks well browned and a little crispy.
Step 4
Add broth and lime juice. Stir to deglaze pan. Add peas. Cover and let simmer until juice is gone.
