0.5 TeaspoonBrowning

1 TeaspoonAll Purpose Seasoning

1 TablespoonGreen Seasoning

0.5 TeaspoonBlack pepper

2 TablespoonsOil
Add To Skillet

2Garlic Cloves
Minced

0.5 TeaspoonGinger Paste

2 StalksScallion
Chopped

1onion
Small, Julienne

0.25Sweet Pepper
Tri- Color, Red, Green, Gold

3 SprigsThyme

4Allspice Berries
Crushed

1 TeaspoonAll Purpose Seasoning

1 TablespoonGreen Seasoning

0.5Scotch Bonnet Pepper
For The Sauce
Instructions
Step 1

Start by cutting ingredients and setting them to the side.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine Cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, Sweet Chili, jerk seasoning, wine and water. Set mixture aside.
Step 3

Cut steak into desired strips. If you choose to wash steak, wash in cold water with lime. Be sure to pat dry.

Step 4

In a large bowl add steak and combine with All-Purpose Seasoning, Green Seasoning(blended version of natural seasonings), and salt & black pepper. Mix and coat well.
Step 5

In a large skillet or wok, add oil over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Brown steak for 4-5 Minutes and remove from skillet. Set aside.
Step 7

In the same skillet, add all remaining ingredients. Mix and stir for 2 minutes.





Step 8

Add and stir in sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Taste your pot and adjust seasoning if you needed.






Step 9
Add steak back to skillet. Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
Step 10
I paired my steak with white rice but this recipe
also goes great with mash potatoes.
