Instructions

Step 1

And you're going to have some leftover egg whites, so beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until it's like glue if it's doughy add more milk until it's like glue if it's too liquidy add more flour until it's like glue.
Step 6
Then add the stiff egg whites to the GLUEY dough and fold and fold and fold until it's all incorporated. If you mix it aggresively like you would any other normal dough with no stiff egg whites, then all that beating the egg whites would have been for nothing and your brownies wouldn't be moist and delicious.
