Instructions

Step 1
• Using a food scale, measure 8 oz of your frozen strawberries into the blender.

• On top of the strawberries, add your choice of greek yogurt on top, should be around 5 ounces, my individual cups I use are 5.3 oz to be exact.

• Next, add your powders, unsweetened cocoa powder, your choice of sugar free pudding mix (personally I like Jello's white chocolate flavor in mine), and optionally some zero calorie sweetener.

• Using clean water, measure up about 3 oz into the blender, covering the bottom half of the strawberries.

• Now, make sure your lid is screwed on tightly, and blend for about a minute, possibly more depending on the strength. I sometimes have to put mine on pulse for a bit to reassure it's all fully blended.

• Lastly, stir any lingering powder down into the smoothie with a spoon, or any utensil you can find really.
