Instructions
Step 1
Add your "soft" ingredients onto the blender: Unsweetened milk and greek yoghurt.
BlenderMix
Step 2
Ideally add now the spirulina powder to the mix. And if you want protein powder, do it now as well.
You add powders after the veggies (before the ice), but it could be messy. As the spirulina and protein powder might end up everywhere in the blender.
Step 3
Now it's time for all the veggies and fruits: Frozen pineapple, mango and if you like to make the smoothie creamy, and add a low calorie and healthy vegetable add cauliflower. (you can't taste it!).
Step 4
To make the smoothie super fresh and thick, add ice. (only if you have a high-speed blender, like a Vitamix). Otherwise, you are fine with just the frozen ingredients.
Step 5
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Start on a lower setting and increase the speed slowly. Help you with the temper if needed. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
