Instructions
Step 1
• Begin by whisking the milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt together in a bowl.
• If cocoa powder is not combining, you can use a milk frother. Tilt the bowl a bit and push milk frother to the very bottom of mixture and turn off before pulling out to avoid spillage.
Step 2
• Next, add the oats and stir with a rubber spatula to combine. Mixture WILL seem a bit runny, but remember that the oats are meant to thicken overnight.
Step 3
• Pour the mixture into a small jar, I recommend using a canning funnel to avoid spillage, or at least spoon it in slowly instead of pouring directly.
Step 4
• Keep in the fridge overnight (around 12 hours) and enjoy in the morning with some fresh berries on top!
