*If you’re heating it in the microwave just follow the same steps as above by for instance adding everything but the protein powder, berries and peanut butter to a bowl, and heating for ~2 mins to start. Stir and heat longer as needed to get that oatmeal consistency. You can add in the berries sometime in between cooking to defrost, and either stir in the protein powder once oatmeal is cooked, or add along with berries :)

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients besides the berries and peanut butter into a small pot. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until creamy. Add more milk if needed.
Step 2
In the last 3 minutes of cooking add your protein powder and frozen berries and mix well. Cook 3 minutes, add to a bowl, drizzle peanut butter on top and enjoy!
