15gprotein powder
use vanilla/ white chocolate protein or 15g oats + 15g monkfruit sweetener

10gmonkfruit sweetener
sweetener of choice

5gchia seeds

120mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
milk of choice

30gyogurt
protein, optional

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the oat together & place in the fridge for 5-10 mins to thicken.
Step 2
While the oats thicken, add your blueberries, chia seeds & granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit/ or natvia) to a small pot. Over medium heat. Let the blueberries defrost and soften for up to 10 mins . Remove from the heat and mash some blueberries down with a fork .
Step 3
To assemble.
Step 4
Divide the oat mixture between two small jars or bowls. Whip your coconut yoghurt with a spoon to loosen it up and spoon it over the oats.
Step 5
Add your blueberry jam to the top. Place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Enjoy )
