Step 1
Brown ground beef, drain
Step 2
In a crock pot place hash browns on the bottom. Then add ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, taco seasoning package and half of the bag of shredded cheese. Mix all together and smooth top out. Add remaining cheese.
Step 3
Cook on low 4 hours. Before serving sprinkle with green onions. Top with sour cream and sriracha, for an added kick, if you would like. Pairs nicely with a green salad.
