1. COOK THE PASTA:
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil

Add 2g salt to the water

Add 100g whole grain pasta
Step 4
Cook for 8–10 minutes (or according to package)

Drain and rinse briefly with cold water

Let it cool completely
2. PREP THE INGREDIENTS:

Drain the tuna (160g) very well

Dice 100g cucumber into small cubes

Drain 50g corn
3. MAKE THE SAUCE:

In a bowl, add: 90g low-fat quark, 15g mayonaise, 5g honey, 10g lemon juice and 3g mustard

Add seasoning: 2g salt, 2g black pepper and 2g garlic powder

Mix everything until smooth and creamy
4. COMBINE EVERYTHING:

Take a large bowl and add: cooled pasta, tuna, corn and cucumber

Pour the sauce over it

Add 29ml olive oil

Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated
5. CHILL (VERY IMPORTANT FOR TASTE):

Cover and place in the fridge for 30–60 minutes
