Instructions
Step 1
1. Toast 1 sourdough bread slice
2. Cut and slice 0.5 of an avocado and add to toast
3. Layer 3 pieces of prosciutto on avocado
4. Place handful of arugula on top of prosciutto 5. Half 3 mini bocconcini balls and place them on top of the arugula
6. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
