Instructions
Step 1
We pour a cup of lentils into boiling water and wait until it is 90% cooked and drain it. We boil the water and pour 3 cups of rice that we had previously soaked with 3 tablespoons of salt into it until it becomes soft, then drain it, pour some oil on the bottom of the pot and arrange two potatoes that we cut into slices and pour the rice and lentils in layers. We also add some cinnamon for aroma, add a little saffron and two tablespoons of animal oil on the last layer and let it brew.
